This is an awesome camera. A professional gets his part and an amature gets point and shoot.

I have more to talk about its robustness
I accidently dropped this camera on stairs and it rolled down. It made me worried and I prepared myself to buy a new one. But as soon as i picked it from the floor to my surprise everything was intact and it was working.

Customer Review: Great camera for most casual users
I got this camera a few weeks ago and have used it in both indoor and outdoor settings. It takes great pictures, the controls are very easy to figure out but spending a few minutes with the manual is a good idea. I like the way it feels and where the position of the zoom and shutter are located. At the highest resolution, file sizes have been between 3.5 and 4.5 meg. The digital zoom is great - I used it at my son’s baseball game and was able to zoom in on an outfielder and get some great shots. Redeye only works in portrait mode - not auto mode (unless I just haven’t found the right setting). Flash doesn’t automatically pop up when you need it but it will display an icon when you need it. That auto-pop is really the only thing I wish it had. LOVE that the lcd swings out and swivels. This is overall a GREAT camera for those who want something better than your average point and shoot but don’t want to spend the $ for the SLR.

Not a lot of options, but if you want simple point and shoot, this is probably a camera for you. Great day time pictures, good panaromic view features. Very limited manual options, for example in regards to flash use.
Night time and action shots are also limited.

Customer Review: Finally, a great little camera!
I was beginning to think that a really great digital camera was just a myth! All I wanted were clear, true color pictures, a long lasting rechargeable battery, a fast shutter and storage speed so I didn’t “miss the opportunity” and a small size. This camera has it all! The video capabilities and myriad of special situation settings are a bonus! I love the kids and pets setting for taking action photos that don’t blur. The battery lasts forever! I have charged it twice in 2 months and have taken hundreds of photos. The 3″ lcd is amazing too. You can actually see the photos you take! If you are looking for a great little camera, check out the SD750!

I’ve had the camera about two weeks and I’m quite happy with the pictures it takes. I’ve also taken a film clip which looks great. I have not yet explored the plethora of modes and options on the camera. The pictures are quite detailed and I’ll attach on to the review if possible.
Customer Review: Canon PowerShot
This camera is a really nice one for the money. It is not too big for what you get. I took it on a trip to Nauvoo, Illinois and took some great pictures from the car at speeds of 50 to 60 mph. The pictures turned out really good. I took some pictures of pelicans in a little park. The pelicans were in the Mississippi River and quite a distance away. Those pictures turned out really good for the distance and movement of the birds. You can tell that they are pictures of birds and not just white blobs.

I am recommending this camera to anyone who is considering buying one. And of course on the technological end of the recommendation my husband approved. He picked it out.

Customer Review: Great Starter Digital
I bought this for my 10 year old son who is getting interested in photography.. He is very computer savy and figured it out and how to download pics and even used the software included to adjust the pics.. It takes really defined pics and I have no complaints.. It takes (AA) bateries.. I went to Best Buy and bought a (AA) battery charger with some rechargable batteries– for about $40-50 bucks.. then I bought a larger Memory card– and away we shot..
Not bad for the money..

Customer Review: 4th Canon PowerShot and this is the BEST ONE YET!!!
Okay, I’m a very, very picky shopper when it comes to electronics so I did massive amounts of research when it came time to upgrade our camera. We’ve seen and tried a ton on them (between family and friends) and we’ve always stuck with the PowerShots cause we never have issues with them (even with three small kids dropping them all the time). Anyway, with there being so many of them on the market now, it took me forever to pick this one and I’m glad I did. You just can’t take a bad photo with this camera - we’ve tried! Not only is the stablizer feature awesome, it still has the nice small compact size and durability we’re use too. Just a heads up for those of you who haven’t had digital cameras before, ALWAYS buy an extra battery and at least 1 gig memory card. It’s worth it.

I bought this camera to introduce my friend to the world of digital photography and he hasn’t looked back since. I’ve owned several point and shoot cameras before moving to DSLR and I have to say that this PowerShot turned out to be a very pleasant surpise. I would certainly recommend it as a starter point and shoot camera.

Customer Review: Overrated
Another overrated canon.
This one is too small and delicate and picture quality is nowhere comparable to the classic powereshots of early 2000s like s330, though many times the megapixel.
Proved me a point that 2 mp can be better than this 7mp canon and for all those with older cameras, upgrading to a more mp newer camera is not the way to go.
Rather the way to go for upgraders is to buy a dslr and continue using your trusted old digital camera for times when you are not carrying th e dslr.

This package is amazing. It came with a battery charger that fits the exact battery my camera came with, which is small and compact and easy to travel with. It came with a camera case that fits the camera perfectly which is also small and compact. On top of that, we recieved 2 additional batteries for the camera!
